I can guide you based on what I am sensing, and this may be the perfect spot for you to begin your own work on your own energies.

You will spend some time with me as a guide - in silent meditation, focused on your breath and your energy. and how you feel internally. Think of it as a break from your problems and stress, the internet you are searching right now, or the video shorts or work that kept you awake too late last night.

Making an appointment with Serenity Chiropractic and Wellness. I can give you a time and place to unplug, without the distraction of the kids, or the chores, or the phone. Think of a Reiki session as a little bit extra, after we see our doctor, our therapist, our yoga class, our chiropractor, our massage therapist. I think it is very important to develop this focus, to go beyond just thinking about the world to feeling the world around us.
