Energetic Healing

About My Energy Medicine Approach

My healing philosophy has evolved over the years to include not only the physical body, but the emotional and energetic experience that shapes how we heal. Through my former practice, I explored a trauma-informed, integrative model—one that combined somatic awareness, nervous system support, and subtle-energy principles alongside evidence-based chiropractic care.

As I continue developing this work, I am focusing on research, personal application, and professional refinement. At this time, I am not offering public sessions, but a limited number of individuals remain part of my ongoing learning and evolution in this field.

I believe that science and energy medicine are not opposites—they are complementary perspectives. We still need clear diagnostics and anatomical understanding, yet we also benefit from acknowledging the more subtle forces that influence how we feel, how we adapt, and how we recover.

This path does not require any specific belief system. Whether your spiritual grounding comes from Buddhism, Catholicism, prayer, nature, or simply quiet reflection, your lived experience is welcome and valid. My work is not a religion—it is a practice of attunement, intuition, and listening to what the body is communicating on multiple levels.

My hope is that as this work continues to evolve, it will contribute to deeper conversations about mind–body health, resilience, and the remarkable capacity of human beings to restore balance and meaning within their lives.

As a Reiki Master and shamanic practitioner, my approach to energy work is rooted in intuition, nature, and trauma-informed awareness. Through years of spiritual study, mentorship, and personal healing—including Reiki I, II, and Master-level attunements—I’ve developed a deep respect for the universal life-force energy that supports all living beings.

My work honors both subtle energetic shifts and the wisdom of spirit, nature, and ancestral memory. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, this approach listens to the patterns beneath them—how energy moves, how the body protects itself, and how healing emerges when safety and connection are restored.

This practice is not about prediction or performance. It is about presence. It is about attunement to the quiet signals of the nervous system, the emotions held in the fascia, and the intuitive knowing that lives in each of us.

While I am currently. I continue to refine this work with a select group of individuals as part of my ongoing training, study, and evolution. My intention is to one day share these practices more widely, in a way that is grounded, ethical, and accessible.

Healing is a collaborative, sacred process—and I remain committed to supporting pathways of balance, clarity, and inner restoration as this journey unfolds.

Serenity in mind, body and soul.
